Sean is a respected entrepreneur who has built four tech companies in Canada and done business in eight countries on three continents. His years in the innovation sector have taught him that companies succeed when their teams succeed, so he’s helping tech companies build strong teams in a faster, simpler way.
Lena Chichkaliuk / Client Success Manger
Lena has more than five years of tech project management experience in Canada and Eastern Europe, keeping multiple teams on task and on track. She has lived and studied in the U.S. and Germany, and has pioneered many multicultural exchange youth projects. Lena holds a Masters degree in English and German Interpretation and speaks four languages: Ukrainan, Russian, English and German.
Steven Bandola / Lead Product Engineer, System Administrator
Steven joins the GTA team as a Senior Programmer with over 20 years of full-stack coding experience. He is also the founder of VRKADE, Canada’s largest virtual reality arcade brand, and in 2017 Steven spent 4 weeks in Kenya working with high school graduates as part of a career placement program for orphaned teenagers. Steven believes in wielding technology to create a future where communication is effortless.
Kaitlynn Brooks / Communications Specialist
Kaitlynn, or Kait comes to the GTA team from Mount Royal University, where she recently graduated with a degree in communications, majoring in public relations. Kait covers all things communications and is a master of organization. Although she grew up in Calgary, she has a heart for diversity that is demonstrated through her volunteer work with Rocky Mountain Adaptive and the Autism Aspergers Friendship Society.

Board ChairAn experienced business leader, Larry is the president of Entrada Resource Management Ltd., former board Chair of S.i. Systems and former executive vice-president at Veritas DGC Inc. For the past 10 years, he has focused on building and strengthening non-profit organizations as a board member and chair of special projects and development committees.
Cody Church
Board MemberCody has more than 20 years of experience and direct investment in more than 40 independent businesses. He was a founding partner of TriWest Capital Partners and later formed Clear North Capital, where he is the president and CEO. Cody has earned a reputation for integrity, entrepreneurial drive and commitment to building formidable partnerships.
