Contract-to-Hire

“Try before you buy”

We hire the employee for you. If that employee proves a good fit for your team, you can hire them permanently at any time.


How it works

  • Contract the skilled person (same steps as above).
  • At any time, with two weeks’ notice, you can:
    • Hire the employee permanently, following the hiring process above.
    • Terminate the contract with no further obligations to the talent.

How it works

  • You get a curated and skills-ranked list of our most qualified tech applicants.
  • You hire the employee and pay a placement fee.
  • We have industry standard guarantees for the talent (replacement credit or repayment).
  • If your hire must move from another country, GTA will take care of immigration paperwork.
