About the Role:
Do you love building relationships? Do you want to help tech companies grow faster? As a key leader in our sales team, you will be bringing your relationships with tech companies who are looking to scale their software engineering teams after recent funding or strong customer growth. You’ve already sold to or know a lot of people in tech companies but you also have growth hacking skills to expand your network. You will build new relationships, establish sales channels, and drive deals through to completion. You will work closely with our fulfillment team to understand client needs and deliver on strategic growth talent strategies.
Unlike selling specific services and trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. You are selling a matching service that quickly finds several options. The client picks their favourite that meets the specific tech stack relevant project experience in their business vertical and team culture.
