She has lived and studied in the U.S. and Germany, and has pioneered many multicultural exchange youth projects. Steven joins the GTA team as a Senior Programmer with over 20 years of full-stack coding experience. He is also the founder of VRKADE, Canada’s largest virtual reality arcade brand. In 2017, Steven spent 4 weeks in Kenya working with high school graduates as part of a career placement program for orphaned teenagers. Steven believes in wielding technology to create a future where communication is effortless.
Sam Kurtz
Frontend Developer
Sam started coding in 2016 when he discovered that Excel had a programming language (VBA). He then built some applications within Excel that sparked a passion for software development. Soon after, Sam discovered javascript and web development and has since worked on various projects, focusing mainly on front-end development, though never shying away from helping with server and database work and learning new aspects of software engineering.

Kaitlynn, or Kait comes to the GTA team from Mount Royal University, where she graduated with a degree in communications, majoring in public relations. Kait covers all things communications and is a master of organization. She enjoys collaboration and strives to bring efficiency and clarity to everything she works on.

Naysa joins the team as a versatile professional who is fluent is 3 languages: English, French, and Arabic. She was raised in both Edmonton and Lebanon, which honed her ability to connect across diverse communities. Her academic journey led to a Bachelor's degree in Finance with honors, reflecting her dedication to excellence. Notably, Naysa has worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Alberta Chamber of Commerce and later as an Office Administrator at the Werklund Family Office.
